Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Welland, Wainfleet, Port Colborne, Pelham and surrounding areas. Locations in Fort Erie (Bridges Community Health Care, 1485 Garrison Rd), Welland (Hope Centre, 570 King St) and prt Colborne Port Cares, 92 Charlotte St).
You can call, text or email Birchway Niagara 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. A trained counsellor will listen to you and help you to figure out your options, which may include: basic counselling support over the phone, helping you to develop a safety plan for you (and your children if you have them), setting up an office appointment to provide counselling, legal or housing support, arranging for a shelter stay, providing referrals to other services in the community.
